The location to the beaches .76 and shopping plus tons of restaurants some right across the street and of course Dunkin Donuts, plus a really sweet boutique featuring woman's clothing jewelry and get gift ideas. I am blessed! This 1 bedroom condo has awesome views from your private lanai. AC 2026 and electrical panel. Hot water heater 2025. Tile flooring in the main living space and carpet in the primary bedroom. 1 assigned parking, common laundry, elevator in the building, storage closet, rental are 3 month minimum and 7 month maximum after 1 year. No trucks, no pets, service animal with proper documentation. Close to pretty much everything. Beaches, parks, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, hospital, train station, PBI airport, and of course Dunkin donuts and a cute Beach House Boutique's.
